Kaitlin studied at the University of Nottingham, where she completed a four-year master's degree in Nutrition and Dietetics. She honed her expertise during her tenure at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust, where she garnered experience across several different specialities before specialising into gastroenterology. In addition to her degree, Kaitlin underwent specialised training at Kings College London, becoming proficient in the delivery and instruction of the Low FODMAP diet, a skill she now applies in her work with patients, particularly those with functional gut disorders such as IBS. In 2023, Kaitlin completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training program, and in 2024 completed a 30-hour yin yoga teacher training, attaining full qualification as a yoga teacher. This achievement enables her to seamlessly integrate her passion for yoga, meditation, and breathwork into her client-centric endeavours, promoting holistic approaches to enhancing gut health through the harmonious alignment of mind and body. Kaitlin is also a media spokesperson for the British Dietetic Association (BDA).
